This depends on you! Provided your nutrition, rest, and other training is on track, changes in body composition (muscle gain and/or fat loss) can be seen in 6-8 weeks, and possibly sooner.
I specialize in strength and conditioning and body composition. More simply put, I help people get stronger, leaner, add muscle, lose fat, and increase endurance.
To work hard, and gradually make changes to your lifestyle. But once these changes are in place, you can expect to be leaner and more athletic than you ever have before, with more energy and more confidence. And finally, you can expect to have fun!
I will act as a nutritional counselor, helping with any dietary concerns you may have, including questions regarding supplementation. I will also be assisting with stretching, flexibility and mobility work, as well as cardiovascular training and conditioning.
I want to teach them everything I know about training, so they can look, perform, and feel better than they ever could have imagined themselves doing so!
